Job summary

Acro Service Corp seeks a skilled engineer to support multi-disciplinary projects in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on integrating and troubleshooting PLCs within complex automated systems, translating stakeholder needs into well-defined requirements, and ensuring traceability through the project lifecycle.

The candidate will develop test plans, analyze results, and drive corrective actions while mentoring a small team and managing scope, timelines, and resources to deliver successful

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical skills to engineering teams to ensure project execution.
• Become an expert in PLC integration and troubleshooting for a complex automated system.

Provide technical skills and abilities to engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects

Become an expert in PLC integration and troubleshooting for a complex automated system.

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and manage system requirements, ensuring they are well-defined, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle

Develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and drive corrective actions

Supervise a small team of 2 to 3 and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in systems or industrial engineering
• Experience with PLCs
• Mastery of knowledge in equipment integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field)
• Associatess or technical degree in automation (Industrial Controls, Robotics, or related field)
• Experience with Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC.
