Job summary

Textron Systems: Lycoming Engines in Williamsport, PA is seeking an experienced Electronic Mechanic to install, troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic equipment and instrumentation. You will work with schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to diagnose issues and install components, including heat-treat area instrumentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Apprenticeship in electronics or an associate degree with 2–4 years experience.
• Alternatively, 4 years’ experience as an electronic mechanic/technician.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair electronic equipment and instrumentation.
• Work in heat-treat area instrumentation installation and maintenance.
• Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to locate malfunctions and install components.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety and quality standards.
