Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking an Electronics Maintenance Team Member to ensure reliable, safe production. The role covers installing, troubleshooting, and upgrading motors, drives, PLCs, and machine controls while upholding electrical safety and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with industrial electrical experience.
Two years of technical college or equivalent in an industrial electrical role.
Five+ years of industrial PLC and electrical experience; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Safe equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for motors, drives, PLCs, and controls with NEC/OSHA compliance.
Product handling, quality control, and inventory management, including documentation and calibration procedures.
Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance per GMP and SQF standards, supporting QA as needed.
Lead and train teammates on relay logic, AC/DC motor troubleshooting, VFDs, and PLC programming.
Document, communicate, and pursue continuous improvement; support IT hardware and plant infrastructure.
