The role supports continuous production, minimizes downtime, and requires adherence to safety and OSHA regulations. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, with full-time shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as an electrical technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and write in English (Spanish a plus).
• Experience with high and low voltage, 3-phase motor circuits.
• Must pass drug test and technical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Plan and perform work using electrical/mechanical theories, codes and materials knowledge.
• Install, start up and shut down equipment per safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Advise operators on safe operating procedures for electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Inform management of potential equipment problems and hazards.
• Diagnose and maintain electrical/electronic components with diagnostic instruments.
• Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly.
