Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) to maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on 1st-3rd shifts in our Ohio facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits, read schematics, and support start-up projects.

Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial motors, controls, PLCs, VFDs, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and control systems.
• Assist production operators with troubleshooting equipment and repairs.
