Job summary

Dauch in Michigan seeks an experienced industrial electrician to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The candidate should have 3-phase 480V experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work safely with PPE and rigging.

Required qualifications include a four-year journeyperson card (or 8+ years documented experience), HS diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and testing equipment; forklift/manlift

Qualifications

• Four-year journeyperson electrical card or 4–8 years’ relevant job experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school certification preferred.
• Certified journeyperson card or documented equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.
• Maintain electrical equipment to meet codes at national/state/federal levels.
• Perform rigging and safety-related electrical functions.
• Operate shop tools safely and proficiently.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and program VFDs; use testing devices to ensure safety.
