Job summary

Aggressive Hiring Group in Detroit is seeking an experienced Electrician to maintain, install and repair electrical systems in an industrial setting. The role involves hands-on work with 480 VAC 3-phase equipment and strong safety practices.

You will read blueprints, diagnose malfunctions, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance with minimal supervision. PLC experience is preferred, and a variety of electrical gear will be handled daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of electrician experience in industrial settings.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, layouts and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical equipment and power and lighting systems in the facility.
• Test operation of electrical machinery and control equipment.
• Work with 480 VAC 3-phase motor control systems.
• Diagnose system malfunctions and correct deficiencies.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately and on time.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards and issues.
