Job summary

Diamond Electrical Group in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX is hiring experienced Industrial Electricians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems in manufacturing plants, chemical facilities, and heavy industrial environments across Dallas–Fort Worth. This role is for electricians who want to work exclusively in industrial settings — not residential or commercial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience (not residential or commercial).
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and industrial electrical codes.
• Experience with 480V 3-phase power systems and motor controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test industrial power distribution systems.
• Run and bend conduit per NEC standards in industrial environments.
• Install and wire MCCs, VFDs, and switchgear.
• Perform PLC and HMI installation, wiring, and verification.
• Install and terminate instrumentation wiring.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, ladder logic, and P&ID drawings.
• Troubleshoot motor and control circuits and power distribution.
• Perform megger testing and circuit verification on new installations.
• Pull wire through conduit systems and cable trays.
• Follow NEC/NFPA 70E/OSHA safety protocols and coordinate with teams.
