Job summary

Wilsonart in Temple, Texas, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician with 5+ years of industrial electrical experience. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical and electronic equipment and PLC-driven systems to keep production running.

Required are knowledge of NEC, safety standards, and the ability to read wiring schematics. Strong diagnostics and teamwork are essential for continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Five years of solid electrical experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience operating and programming PLCs, drives and controllers.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical systems and distribution networks.
• Diagnose electrical troubles and perform necessary repairs to maintain production.
• Install/program/repair PLCs and industrial control wiring.
• Train others and perform preventative maintenance.
• Work from wiring diagrams and code books to ensure compliance.
