Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician to oversee electrical maintenance, preventive upkeep, and equipment monitoring under supervision. You will troubleshoot breakdowns, modify circuits, and support engineering with blueprints and PLC-based diagnostics.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in industrial electrical work, PLC troubleshooting, and three-phase motor control, with a strong safety mindset and ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of industrial electrical experience including PLC troubleshooting and three-phase motor control.
Ability to read electrical schematics and maintain electrical blueprints.
Knowledge of safety standards applicable to industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and machinery.
Modify electrical circuits when needed and use PLCs for troubleshooting.
Assist technicians and work with engineering to maintain blueprints.
Calibrate and adjust control equipment; test modifications with engineers.
Follow safety guidelines and participate in Lean initiatives.
