Job summary

Key duties include testing and replacing fuses, solenoids, relays, contactors, switches, breakers, and motors; reading schematics and blueprints; performing conduit runs and wiring; and ensuring safety and GMP compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, and drives.
• Proficiency with MS Excel & Word is a plus.
• Willingness to work extra hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Test and replace fuses, solenoids, contactors/relays.
• Test and replace proximity/limit switches; reset breakers/motor starters.
• Perform conduit runs, wire pulls, and terminations.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC control circuits and motors/drives.
• Read schematics/blueprints and troubleshoot accordingly.
• Assist maintenance group with repairs, projects, and safety tasks.
