Shape Corp. in Grand Haven, MI seeks an experienced electrical maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot and repair complex machinery containing electrical components.

You will support manufacturing quality through preventive maintenance and installation of electrical systems. The role covers PLC controlled machinery, metering devices, robotics, welding, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, with emphasis on safety, process improvements and mentoring apprentices.

Responsabilités

• Install, build, troubleshoot and repair machinery with electrical components.
• Work with PLC controlled machinery and metering devices.
• Operate and maintain robotic, welding, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure safety and report concerns to leadership to limit unsafe practices.
• Develop maintenance procedures to install, maintain, and repair machinery.
• Drive continuous improvement for process, tooling, and equipment enhancements.
• Complete work orders via the Plex system.
• Mentor apprentices and coach less experienced teammates.
• Advanced troubleshooting of equipment and systems (PLC, drives, welders).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
