Accelera in Hastings, MI seeks an Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on manufacturing equipment and facility operations, including robots, conveyors, motors, and programmable controllers.

You will read schematics, plan layouts, connect power and control wiring, diagnose faults, and perform preventive maintenance while following lockout/tagout and electrical safety standards to minimize downtime and ensure safe production.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related industrial or manufacturing electrical experience and/or training.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, motors, controls, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial robotics strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Mansioni

• Install electrical wiring, conduit, power supplies, controls, and related components for new and existing machinery and equipment.
• Connect electrical power, control wiring, cables, and components between machines and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions involving motors, relays, switches, sensors, and control circuits.
• Repair or replace faulty wiring, motors, relays, switches, and circuit boards.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and drawings.
• Plan electrical layouts and install wiring, panels, and controls throughout the facility.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
