Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for a global leader in fire protection in Hastings, Michigan. The role focuses on maintaining automated manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems to maximise uptime and safety.

You will work with maintenance and automation teams, perform basic PLC troubleshooting, read schematics, and ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and lockout/tagout procedures while supporting continuous

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and industrial electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, motor controls and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install power distribution wiring and electrical services for new equipment.
• Wire, commission, and support robots, conveyors, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to minimise downtime.
• Document repairs and maintenance in CMMS.
