Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is hiring an Electrician to operate and maintain critical plant equipment at our Urbana, IL site. You will perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and inspections, while ensuring safety programs and regulatory compliance are met.

This role requires NEC knowledge, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with potential overtime to support production peaks. Sign-On Bonus of $5000 is offered; relocation not included.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician with NEC knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Good computer aptitude including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied conditions.
• Experience with SAP for work orders and parts inventory.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control equipment.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting and scheduled inspections.
• Support electrical safety program compliance and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures, environmental, OSHA and PSM requirements.
• Make recommendations to improve safety and equipment uptime.
