Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking an experienced electrician to ensure operation of facility equipment, perform electrical repairs, and support safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires interpreting NEC standards, maintaining detailed equipment records, and working in a fast-paced production environment. The position is on-site at the Corteva location in Illinois with time-sensitive plant support, the potential for overtime, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification and experience.
• Ability to interpret the NEC standards.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT tools.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures in daily work.
• Maintain and document detailed equipment records.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control equipment for process and facility needs.
• Perform electrical repairs, routine service, and inspections per guidelines.
• Support electrical safety program adherence and regulatory compliance (OSHA, PSM).
• Recommend improvements to electrical systems and add new devices as needed.
• Demonstrate competency in production support and upkeep; handle other duties as assigned.
