Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to ensure operation of facility equipment, perform repairs, and maintain safety and compliance at our Illinois on-site location.

The role requires a Journeyman Electrician with NEC knowledge, a valid driver's license, and strong computer skills. Expect the ability to work overtime during seasonal peaks and to contribute to safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician required.
• Must interpret the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Proficient with computers (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and learn other company apps.
• Willing to climb/work in elevated areas and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and communicate clearly.
• Maintain detailed equipment records and prints.

Responsibilities

• Operate company equipment including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control devices for process and facility.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting, and inspections.
• Help lead electrical safety program to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to safety procedures (OSHA, PSM, Corteva safety policies).
• Recommend improvements to electrical programs and hardware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
