Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a skilled electrician to ensure operation of plant equipment, perform repairs, and support safety and environmental compliance at the Corteva site in St. Joseph, Illinois.

The role requires a journeyman electrical background, NEC interpretation, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team. Eligible candidates will have a valid driver's license, strong computer skills, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrical experience required.
• Ability to interpret NEC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control equipment.
• Perform electrical repairs and scheduled inspections.
• Support safety programs and compliance with OSHA, PSM, and plant procedures.
• Contribute to equipment records and print maintenance documentation.
• Work overtime and shifts including weekends/holidays during peak production.
