Job summary

Vylor Inc. seeks a skilled electrician for on-site work at Corteva’s St. Joseph facility. You will operate electrical/control systems, perform repairs and inspections, and help uphold OSHA/PSM safety standards. Strong problem solving, independence, teamwork, and communication are essential.

You will contribute to a safe, reliable operation with recordkeeping and device maintenance, while supporting production during seasonal peaks and weekends.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification required.
• Ability to interpret the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Proficient with standard computer tools and MS Office.
• Willing to work outdoors/indoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Commitment to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Experience with SAP and equipment maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant electrical and control systems across processes.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, and inspections as scheduled.
• Support safety program reviews with leaders and teams.
• Follow OSHA, PSM, and Corteva safety procedures daily.
• Recommend safety or process improvements and new devices.
• Collaborate with colleagues and complete other duties as assigned.
