Job summary

Vylor is seeking an Electrician for our St. Joseph, Illinois production facility to ensure reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, and control systems. You will perform repairs, inspections, and drive safety programs while supporting continuous uptime.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and on-site work at Corteva’s St. Joseph location. Candidates should be prepared for overtime, weekends, and holidays during peak production periods.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrical experience required.
• Ability to interpret the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control devices for process and facility equipment.
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and scheduled inspections.
• Support electrical safety program and compliance with OSHA/PSM and company policies.
• Contribute to safety improvements and equipment documentation.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
