Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Electrician in Marion, OH to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical issues across production and facility equipment. The role requires wiring motors, sensors, fuses, relays, and control panels, with work spanning 24VDC to 480V systems.

The ideal candidate will read schematics, install sensors, and perform preventive maintenance while complying with safety and lockout/tagout procedures. This position supports both Roll Mill and Melt Shop operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Industrial, Maintenance, or Electrical Technician/Electrician.
• Ability to wire motors and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Basic understanding of PLCs.
• Experience with sensor installation and cable tray.
• Ability to perform control wiring and troubleshoot 24VDC–480V systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, fuses, relays, sensors, and motor controls.
• Proficient with electrical test equipment (multimeter).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues on production and facility equipment.
• Work with 24VDC through 480V electrical systems, including 120V power systems.
• Wire motors and production equipment and install sensors, fuses, relays, and components.
• Read electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams; perform preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements.
• Support Roll Mill and Melt Shop operations as needed.
