Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of combined experience and training similar to an Electrician apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Ability to work any shift including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, layouts or specifications.
• Electrical experience supporting manufacturing operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience locating and diagnosing faults in electrical systems or equipment.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and part replacement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, layout, install and repair electrical equipment and power and lighting systems.
• Test and modify electrical machinery and control equipment; assemble motor-controlled devices and switch panels.
• Diagnose causes of electrical malfunctions and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Work from blueprints and specifications; use testing equipment to troubleshoot.
• Relocate or repair electrical components and ensure safe, compliant installations.
