Qualifications

• Journeyman license or equivalent industrial electrical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication with operations and maintenance teams.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Commitment to safety and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain electrical equipment and systems.
• Install, modify and maintain wiring, motors, and control panels.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and drawings to diagnose issues.
• Support shutdowns, installations, upgrades and projects.
• Inspect work to ensure codes compliance and safety.
• Investigate failures and communicate findings to teams.
• Assist in planning future repairs and major projects.
• Help maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain communication with plant leadership and teams.
