Mach10 Solutions is seeking dedicated and safety‑conscious Journeyman Industrial Electricians to perform installation, maintenance and troubleshooting across commercial and industrial sites. You will work from project to project, leading helpers, ensuring code compliance and client specifications.

Applicants should have a Journeyman license, 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical environments, and a strong grasp of NEC/OSHA codes.

We are looking for dedicated and safety-conscious Industrial Electricians (Journeyman) to handle electrical maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting across various commercial and industrial sites. You will be tasked with completing projects that meet strict electrical codes, internal quality standards, and client specifications, while also providing guidance to helpers and top helpers.

Compensation and Perks

Hourly rate between $27 and $32, determined by your specific qualifications and background

Schedule Details

Work week runs Monday through Thursday
Standard 4x10 shift structure
Availability for overtime when project demands arise

Core Responsibilities

Execute the installation, upkeep, and repair of various industrial electrical components and systems
Analyze and utilize technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications
Complete necessary conduit bending, wire termination, and equipment integration tasks
Diagnose electrical faults to restore system functionality and minimize downtime
Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to NEC and OSHA regulations
Provide mentorship and direction to junior staff and helpers
Collaborate effectively with other trades and site leadership
Keep the workspace organized and ensure all project documentation is accurate
Promote a culture of safety by reporting all incidents or potential hazards immediately
Handle additional responsibilities as directed by management

Physical Demands

Capable of climbing, balancing, lifting 50 pounds, and performing tasks at elevated heights
Comfortable working within diverse industrial settings, including tight or confined spaces
Utilize hand and power tools with a focus on safe operation throughout your shift
Support overall site safety by maintaining high levels of focus and situational awareness

Requirements

Possession of a Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent professional background
Minimum of 5 years of experience within commercial or industrial electrical environments
Deep understanding of current electrical standards and regulatory codes
Ability to contribute to team goals while also working autonomously
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities
Preference for candidates with a valid driver’s license
Adaptability to a flexible schedule that includes mandatory overtime
