Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking an Electrician to join our Alpharetta, GA team. This role plans, installs, and repairs wiring and control equipment in industrial settings, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to procedures.

Candidates typically have 1–4 years of experience, High School or equivalent, and valid NCCER certification for A-class Electricians. Post-offer drug testing and adherence to policy are required; work involves physical capabilities and exposure to high voltage

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• 1–4 years of experience in the trade (depending on level)
• Knowledge of electrician's tools and their use
• Must meet HV distribution system qualifications (600V/69kV) as applicable
• NCCER certification commonly required for A-class Electricians
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation are required
• Compliance with safety requirements and company policies
• Must not pose a direct health or safety threat

Responsibilities

• Plan and install new electrical wiring and fixtures.
• Review diagrams or blueprints to guide installations and ensure concealment before finishing walls/ceilings/floors.
• Install and connect lighting fixtures, power equipment, and distribution panels.
• Test circuits for continuity and safety; diagnose and repair faulty equipment.
• Perform required maintenance and respond to supervisor directions as needed.
