Job summary

Proforce Staffing seeks experienced Industrial Electricians for roles in Delaware's pharmaceutical manufacturing and industrial environments. Candidates should have a strong background in high-voltage systems and conduit installation.

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical panels, control systems, and power distribution, reading blueprints, and complying with electrical codes and safety standards. Journeyman license preferred but not required.

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial electrician experience in industrial or Pharma settings.
Experience with high-voltage systems.
Solid understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting best practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Reliable transportation required.
Journeyman Electrician License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, components, and equipment.
Diagnose electrical issues and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and power systems; work with high-voltage equipment, control panels, motors, PLCs, and generators.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety protocols, and company standards.
