Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Electrician Foreman to oversee daily operations on an industrial construction site in Texas. You will lead a crew, plan tasks, ensure safe work practices, and maintain detailed reports on productivity and costs.

Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and safety training skills, with experience as an Electrician Foreman in a power plant or industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrician Foreman in a Power Plant / Industrial setting.
• Ability to plan tasks safely and efficiently; train safety practices.
• Knowledge of scheduling, material control, unit manhour performance, estimating fundamentals.
• Ability to understand and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate with crew.
• Good communicator, motivator, and team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment and materials to promote safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while upholding quality.
• Maintain crew safety and conduct operations per company and government safety rules.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate safety concerns, scope, plans and schedules to crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
