We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Electrician Foreman in Polk County, FL!

Pay: $28 - $36 Hourly, Based on Experience. Travel & night work may be required. Must be able to work out of town and nights on occasion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of electrical apprentice and industrial electrician crews.
• Coordinate with project superintendent and manager to ensure timely project completion.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and equipment using hand and power tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions using test equipment.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.
• Inspect electrical systems for hazards, defects, and compliance with codes.
• Advise management on operational safety of equipment.
• Test electrical systems and circuits for safety and compatibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand team needs and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Electrical Code (NEC).
• Blueprint reading proficiency.
• Understanding of one-line diagrams and PLCs.
• Class A CDL certification.
• Experience with Highway Lighting, Wastewater, and Water Treatment Plants is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of supervisory experience.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to perform tasks such as digging, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 lbs.
