We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Industrial Electrician Foreman in Polk County, FL! Benefits include Medical (100% Employer-Paid Plan Options), Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K + Match, Christmas Bonus, and Paid Time Off.

Pay Range

$28.00/hr - $36.00/hr, based on skills and experience. Travel and night work may be required. Must be able to work out of town and nights occasionally.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations of electrical crews and apprentices.
2. Coordinate with project management to ensure project success.
3. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and fixtures.
4. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems.
5. Connect wires and inspect systems for hazards and compliance.
6. Advise management on safety and operational issues.
7. Test electrical systems for safety and functionality.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to anticipate team needs and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of NEC, blueprint reading, one-line diagrams, PLCs.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years supervising experience.
• Minimum 3+ years industrial electrical experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting at least 50 lbs.

Additional Information

• Preferred experience in highway lighting, wastewater, and water treatment plants.
