You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical systems while ensuring safety standards and equipment reliability in a fast-paced plant environment. Onsite shift options (2nd/3rd) apply, with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience with 480V electrical systems.
• Strong experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLC systems.
• Hands-on experience with VFDs / Variable Frequency Drives.
• Experience troubleshooting complex manufacturing and production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and electrical blueprints.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical safety practices.
• Experience with LOTO / Lockout-Tagout procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial electrical maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and VFD systems.
• Work safely with 480V electrical systems.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams schematics, and technical documentation.
• Perform preventive and progressive maintenance activities.
• Identify potential electrical and equipment failures before they result in production downtime.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and restore production operations.
• Identify, track, and report technical and equipment losses.
• Follow all plant safety, electrical safety, and quality procedures.
• Strictly follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and arc-flash safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and other plant personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and electrical systems.
