Job summary
Standlee Premium Western Forage is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The role requires strong electrical troubleshooting skills on 480V, three-phase systems, familiarity with PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell) and VFDs, and comfort with Fuji robotics. CMMS experience and safety compliance are essential.
Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or GED; technical or trade schooling preferred.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills on 480V, 3-phase systems.
- Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell) and VFDs; support Fuji robotics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems including motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and control panels.
- Work with Fuji robotic systems and assist with robotic diagnostics and calibration.
- Utilize CMMS to track work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Maintain OSHA and Lockout/Tagout safety procedures.
