Helion Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial manufacturing equipment. The role requires hands-on electrical troubleshooting with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and drives, plus mechanical aptitude to service motors and gearboxes.

The technician will read schematics, diagnose 480V 3-phase systems, complete work orders in SAP, and document repairs and parts replacements.

Formación

• Experience in industrial maintenance with a strong electrical troubleshooting background.
• Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and drives.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic.
• Experience troubleshooting 480V, 3-phase motors and industrial electrical systems.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing motors, gearboxes, sprockets, and bearings.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document work electronically.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic to diagnose equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and 480V, 3-phase motors.
• Perform mechanical repairs, including replacing motors, gearboxes, sprockets, bearings, and other equipment components.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective and preventative maintenance.
• Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs, troubleshooting, and parts replacements using SAP.
• Utilize a laptop and Microsoft applications to track daily assignments, document completed work, and communicate with team members.
• Work with production and maintenance personnel to minimize equipment downtime and maintain reliable operations.
