Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Hope Hull, AL is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, control, and electromechanical systems to maximize uptime.

The role requires PLC and VFD skills, experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, SAP/CMMS usage, and a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, brewery, distillery, beverage, food processing, packaging, or consumer products facility.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety, LOTO, and industrial maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and corrective maintenance activities on manufacturing and utility equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and troubleshooting tools.
• Utilize SAP, CMMS, or other maintenance systems to document work orders, equipment history, and maintenance activities.
