100Hires, Inc. seeks a skilled electrical technician to support a modern manufacturing environment. You will interpret diagrams, install and repair equipment, and respond to urgent issues to keep production moving.

The role involves handling electrical/electronic devices, testing with various tools, and collaborating with repair crews across shifts. A HS diploma and maintenance training are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED plus Wilton Maintenance Training Program or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret wiring diagrams, drawings, specifications, and work instructions for repair, installation, and inspection tasks.
• Install, repair, adjust, calibrate, program, and service electrical/electronic devices and systems across the facility.
• Plan troubleshooting approaches, verify material/part needs, and respond to trouble calls.
• Draft simple sketches/layouts to support parts fabrication or rework.
• Assemble and install conduit; inspect and replace wiring/components on electronic devices.
• Assist with high-voltage systems: switchgear, cables, insulators, bushings.
• Operate computer systems for maintenance planning, execution, and reporting.
