Ready for complex systems, fast troubleshooting, and real impact?If you thrive on solving electrical challenges across a modern manufacturing environment, this role belongs to you.Pay & perks$40.06/hour$10,000 sign-on bonus (paid in 3 increments)Why this role?You’ll keep production moving by interpreting diagrams and specs, installing and repairing equipment, and responding to urgent issues.You’ll touch a broad technology stack: communications, power distribution and controls, production machinery, computing/control systems, instrumentation, and indicators/gauges.You’ll use both your hands and your head—test gear, hand tools, and computerized maintenance systems—to diagnose, document, and deliver results.What you’ll doOwn safety: complete all required regulatory training, follow procedures, and maintain a clean work area.Interpret wiring diagrams, drawings, specifications, and work instructions for scheduled and emergency repair, installation, and inspection work.Install, repair, adjust, calibrate, program, time, construct, modify, and service electrical/electronic devices and systems across the facility.Plan troubleshooting approaches, verify material/part needs, and respond to trouble calls.Draft simple sketches and layouts to support parts fabrication or rework.Assemble and install conduit; inspect, adjust, repair, or replace wiring and faulty components on electronic devices using appropriate test equipment and hand tools to restore safe, efficient operation.Install conduit, switches, controls, and fixtures; assist connecting new and replacement electrical/electronic equipment.Assist with high-voltage systems: switchgear, cables, insulators, and bushings.Utilize computer systems for planning, execution, and reporting of maintenance work.Operate with or obtain certifications for fork trucks, overhead cranes, man-lifts (scissor lifts), and similar mobile equipment.Handle additional plant electrical maintenance, other duties, and collaborate with repair crews as directed.Do you have the right background?HS Diploma or GED, plus ONE of the following: completion of the Wilton Maintenance Training Program; passing the program’s coursework proficiency tests; or equivalent industrial maintenance experience performing comparable technical work.Comfort working a rotating shift (days, afternoons, nights, weekends).Benefits that support youMedical & PrescriptionDentalVisionHealth & Dependent Care FSAs401(k)Basic Life/Accidental Life InsuranceHealth Advocate ServicesEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition Reimbursement
