Job description

Job Description

Our full-time electrician position is responsible for complex technical work and ensuring that all our high-speed equipment is fully operational.

Sign-on bonus offered for qualified candidates. Salary Range: $21.00 to $46.00 per hour.

2nd Shift Role: Hours 3PM-11PM

What you will do on the A-Team:
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment using tools such as digital multimeter, megohmmeter, and PC to get online with various PLCs.
  • Maintain equipment through a preventative maintenance program and work order system.
  • Assist in the installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Conduct building electrical work such as running conduit, pulling wires, and replacing light fixtures.
  • Perform work safely following OSHA and NFPA 70E guidelines.
What you'll need:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years schooling in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation or Electrical Apprenticeship.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical prints.
  • Knowledge of VFDs, AC motors, DC drives, and DC motors.
  • Knowledge of PLCs with an understanding of ladder logic.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Weekend availability.
  • 4 or more years of experience in an industrial electrical environment.
  • Master/Journeyman Card.
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting motion control systems.
  • Capable of designing and implementing small projects.
