Job summary
ROCKWOOL Byhalia Plant is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Byhalia, MS location. This full-time role operates on a 2-2-3, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift, requiring strong electrical troubleshooting, installation, and repair of industrial systems.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience, familiarity with Electrical Code regulations, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards in a high-temperature
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of robust industrial electrical experience.
- Familiarity with Electrical Code regulations required.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate in a team.
Responsibilities
- Install, examine, replace, and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, and cables.
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper current, voltage, and resistance levels.
- Maintain and repair switchgear, transformers, regulators, and control systems.
- Install and maintain motors, generators, and hydraulic/pneumatic control systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic control systems and devices.
- Document preventive maintenance and performance records.
