Stryker Corporation is seeking an entry-level Industrial Electrician to join our team. The role involves hands-on work with equipment, controls, wiring, and electrical systems in an industrial setting.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, eager to learn, and able to read electrical diagrams and use standard tools. Training and mentorship are provided in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of electrical systems is preferred.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with installation, wiring, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical equipment
  • Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
  • Install and terminate electrical wiring, conduit, panels, switches, and components
  • Assist with troubleshooting electrical and control-system issues
  • Use electrical testing tools such as multimeters safely and correctly
  • Perform basic electrical inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Work alongside experienced electricians and technicians to develop skills
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and applicable electrical standards
  • Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
