Job summary

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Electrical/Conveyor Maintenance Technician to join a facility maintenance team of multi-skilled technicians. This position is responsible for the operation, care, advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of low voltage (up to 480V) and medium voltage (up to 15 kV) electrical distribution systems and associated equipment.

The technician will also assist with planned shutdowns, respond to service requests, utilize Automated Building Controls and electrical monitoring systems, and support general facilities maintenance as needed

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years performing electrical maintenance in an industrial environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70).
• Equipment Access: Ability to work in aerial or scissor lifts at heights up to 30 feet or higher.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Climb extension ladders, roof ladders, stepladders, and stairs frequently throughout the shift.
• Perform repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and wrist movements.
• Walk extensively throughout the facility during shift.
• Wear required PPE, including steel-toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and hard hats.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain a site security access badge.
