UFP Industries is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team in a fast-paced sawmill and pallet manufacturing environment in Maine. You will work on PLC programming, VFDs, motor controls, and routine electrical upgrades to keep a large-scale operation running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical experience in manufacturing or wood products preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and automated equipment.
• Ability to manage projects from concept through installation while supporting day-to-day maintenance.
• Self-motivated with a focus on equipment reliability and teamwork.
• Willingness to perform both technical and physical aspects of the job.

Join a Growing Sawmill & Pallet Manufacturing Operation We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at a fast-paced pallet manufacturing and sawmill facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on electrical work and advanced troubleshooting. One day you may be programming a PLC, diagnosing a VFD issue, or planning a system upgrade. The next day you may be bending conduit, pulling wire, installing motors, or helping complete a plant improvement project. If you're the type of electrician who can move comfortably between controls work and the practical realities of an industrial environment, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems.

Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 - $44.00 dollars an hour dependent on experience* *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
