As an Industrial Electrician, you will play a critical role in maintaining uptime across production systems by executing:
- Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance
- Troubleshooting of complex electrical and electromechanical systems
- Collaboration with maintenance and production teams to ensure continuous material flow and operational efficiency
- Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems and controls
- Troubleshoot and support PLC and HMI systems
- Maintain and repair AC/DC motors, drives, and power distribution systems
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Support automation systems and continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to and promote strict safety standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience (or equivalent technical/military training)
- Working knowledge of:
- PLCs and HMIs (programming & troubleshooting)
- Industrial automation and control systems
- AC/DC motors and drives
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Exposure to mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Strong commitment to safety and team-based operations
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering Technology
- Electrical Maintenance Technology
- Journeyman Electrician license or U.S. Navy Nuclear training
- Experience with:
- Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or GE PLCs
- HMI platforms such as Wonderware or WinCC
