As an Industrial Electrician, you will play a critical role in maintaining uptime across production systems by executing:

  • Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance
  • Troubleshooting of complex electrical and electromechanical systems
  • Collaboration with maintenance and production teams to ensure continuous material flow and operational efficiency
  • Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems and controls
  • Troubleshoot and support PLC and HMI systems
  • Maintain and repair AC/DC motors, drives, and power distribution systems
  • Interpret and work from electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Support automation systems and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to and promote strict safety standards
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience (or equivalent technical/military training)
  • Working knowledge of:
  • PLCs and HMIs (programming & troubleshooting)
  • Industrial automation and control systems
  • AC/DC motors and drives
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Exposure to mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Strong commitment to safety and team-based operations
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering Technology
  • Electrical Maintenance Technology
  • Journeyman Electrician license or U.S. Navy Nuclear training
  • Experience with:
  • Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or GE PLCs
  • HMI platforms such as Wonderware or WinCC
