Responsibilities:

1. Prioritize safety by following the plant’s accident prevention policies and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.
2. Install, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical components within the manufacturing plant.
3. Maintain, test, and repair AC/DC motors and motor control systems.
4. Develop skills to troubleshoot advanced control systems and instrumentation equipment, including PLC controls.
5. Operate electrical test equipment relevant to the role.
6. Understand NEC codes, undergo NFPA-70E training, and perform electrician duties in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Technical skills to work safely and proficiently as an electrician in a plant environment.
• Basic mechanical maintenance skills.
• Ability to interpret and execute tasks from work orders.
• Basic computer skills for safety training and email communication.
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts.
• Familiarity with common hand tools and proper usage.
• Strong collaboration skills and team orientation.
