Base pay range

$33.47/hr - $42.69/hr

Shift, 6am - 2pm, 5am - 1pm weekends/ 5-6 days a week

(As you progress, some 2nd shift hours will be required, 2pm - 10pm.)

Job Title:

Industrial Electrician

Role & Responsibilities

1. Work safely as a top priority by adhering to the plant’s accident prevention policies. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
2. Safely install, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical components within the manufacturing plant.
3. Maintain, test, and repair AC/DC motors and motor control systems.
4. Develop skills to troubleshoot advanced control systems and instrumentation equipment including PLC controls.
5. Interpret and use wiring schematics.
6. Operate electrical test equipment inherent to the job.
7. Understand NEC codes, be trained in NFPA-70E, and perform electrician duties in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Have the technical skills to work safely and proficiently as an electrician in a plant setting.
2. Possess basic mechanical maintenance skills.
3. Ability to interpret and perform tasks from printed work orders.
4. Basic computer skills for safety training and email review.
5. Ability to operate equipment, including forklifts.
6. Familiar with common hand tools and proper usage.
7. Good collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay rate may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience.
