Job summary

Mural Industrial in Apple Grove, WV, is seeking an Industrial Electrician to support a brand-new steel mill. You will maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems on large rolling mill equipment, including AC/DC drives, MCCs, transformers, and Siemens PLC-based automation.

The role requires experience with 480V three-phase systems, VFDs, and reading schematics; a WV Journeyman Electrician license is preferred. Rotating shifts are possible at this active facility, with direct hire and benefits.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience with 480V three-phase systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Siemens PLC (TIA Portal/S7) experience is a major differentiator.
• Journeyman Electrician license (WV or reciprocal) preferred.

This is a direct hire position with a globally recognized OEM. The facility is one of the most significant new steel mill investments in the United States, and our client's equipment runs Siemens-based drive and control systems. If you are an industrial electrician who wants to work on world-class equipment at a major long-term facility, this is the role.What you will be doingYou will maintain and troubleshoot the electrical systems on large industrial rolling mill equipment - including AC/DC drive systems on mill stands, motor control centers (MCCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), transformers, instrumentation and sensors (encoders, load cells, pyrometers), and Siemens PLC-based automation and control systems.
