Job summary
Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking an electrical technician to provide plant‑wide coverage for troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment on a fixed shift. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot industrial electrical/control systems, and assist in identifying solutions for repeating failures.
The role requires 1+ year of experience, an associated degree or equivalent, and adherence to NFPA 70E safety practices, with opportunities to advance technical skills and support
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical/control systems (24v to 480v).
- High School Diploma or GED; associates degree in related technical field preferred.
- Background in industrial manufacturing and running continuous production processes.
- Knowledge of NFPA 70E and safe electrical practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide plant wide electrical coverage for troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment on fixed shift basis.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in identifying, investigating, and recommending solutions for repeat equipment failures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and equipment status.
