Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a food-manufacturing facility in Hiram, Ohio. You will read schematics, diagnose PLC-controlled systems, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work with a team.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Able to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic reading is required; PLC programming is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including PLC I/O diagnostics and reading ladder logic to identify faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes.
• Request parts and supplies needed for repairs.
• Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.
