Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a modern food manufacturing plant near Twinsburg, OH. You will work on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and read schematics to diagnose PLC-controlled lines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment, electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and controls.
• Able to read schematics and use standard diagnostic tools.
• PLC troubleshooting experience required; PLC programming a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics for troubleshooting.
• Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and read ladder logic.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep maintenance records.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes.
• Order parts and supplies as needed and follow safety procedures.
