Qualifications

• Electrical engineering or trades background with site supervision experience.
• Several years of hands-on experience as Electrical Supervisor or Foreman on industrial projects.
• Experience with power distribution, cabling, grounding, and equipment installation.
• Familiar with subcontractors and multicultural site teams.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong safety mindset with experience in HSE regulations.
• English communication proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Willing to work on site in the United States for the full project duration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical construction activities on site within an industrial plant environment.
• Ensure electrical works meet project specifications, drawings, schedules and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site crews, including daily task planning, progress monitoring, and workforce supervision.
• Interface with Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Civil disciplines to ensure smooth execution and interface management.
• Monitor installation quality, adherence to safety regulations, and compliance with HSE requirements.
• Support inspection activities, system walk-downs, and handover processes for pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Track work progress and report status, issues, and risks to site management in a structured manner.
• Support resolution of technical and execution-related issues with engineering and project teams.
• Handover System Owner with experience reading and working with P&IDs.
