Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative support, preferably in construction or project-based roles.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to adapt to new software.
• Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam preferred; training provided.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with project management tools and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with scheduling, budgets, and documentation.
• Prepare bid documents (plans, specs, addendums).
• Set up and maintain estimating folders in Procore and Bluebeam.
• Track proposals, deadlines, and responses.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Perform administrative tasks: scheduling, data entry, document control, report generation, team communications, invites and follow-ups.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout.
