EC Electric is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager for an on-site role in Redmond, Oregon. You will oversee electrical construction projects from planning through close-out, ensuring profitability and quality.

Qualified candidates have a track record in project management, experience with design/build, and strong knowledge of electrical codes. Excellent communication and contract-writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years construction project experience in the regional market with proven relationships and marketing skills.
• Prior experience with design/build is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.
• Ability to read, understand, and write contracts.
• Experience writing detailed scope proposals.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, cost tracking, and job closure.
• Provide monthly status detail and percent complete reports.
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical services and TI/LC/Ltg work.
• Market and build profitable projects.
• Make cost/time/performance decisions for projects.
• Cross-sell other services through integrated solutions.
• Interface with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations.
• Coordinate and direct field personnel.
• Support a safe, injury-free work environment.
